Introduction to Parenting Assessments & Treatment Planning
Additionally, you will receive comprehensive instruction on using the child abuse risk assessments: Adult-Adolescent Parenting Inventory (AAPI) and the Nurturing Skills Competency Scale (NSCS) for assessments and program planning. By the end of the three days, you will have acquired proven strategies, enhanced confidence, and practical tools that you can immediately apply in your work with parents and children.

She has facilitated the Nurturing Parenting® Programs for all ages in both group and home-based settings. Her training includes the Core Facilitator Training, Parents & Children with Special Needs and Health Challenges, Adolescent Specific, LGBTQ, Families in Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery, as well as Assessments and Documentation and other "Refresher" trainings.
